"it was great to get customer service after a bad experience with my company Eliteauto werks in Garland texas I decided to place a personal order for my 2012 infinity everyone went above and beyond to make sure order was received rook awhile but was worth the wait want to give a shutout to everyone involved rep Dione Cubero,Viscount Soriano,Diana Rodriguez because of them you got a customer back also please advise where to go ro leave good Google review. Waited for an ordered part for a month and never received it
"waited for month my order. Should arrive in 1-2 weeks. Nothing arrived. I called and order has never been shipped. why do not let me know then? I asked to cancel my order. I was promised the order was cancelled. Next day someone called me saying it could not be cancelled, then another manager started to tell me I cannt cancel. But the very first guy said he canceled the order. they did not want to help me, I had to contact my credit card to help resolve it. I never recommend to deal with carid"

"I had ordered quite a few parts for my car unfortunatley on my end I ordered the wrong version for my sub model and they just are not the same. Venz was proferssional, curteous and patient. He took the time to help me return the item in question and to get the corect part on the way. I will use CARiD again."

Order gone wild
"Cat back exhaust kit was ordered for my specific truck make model, it did not fit my truck. I had to submit photos of my existing truck exhaust and photos of the kit before they would even let me return it. I shipped it back to CGS motorsports, based on the RMA printable ticket that was provided by Car ID. It went to the wrong address that they had on the Fedex RMA. So they shipped it back to me. I had to refuse the shipment and ship it back again. It went to the wrong address again and CarID Was unable to get the proper address for the return so I could not get my refund. Had to call Car ID at least eight times on eight different occasions and explain my situation to multiple people. It took over two months for them to get a hold of their vendor, CGS motorsports and figure out the proper return address. The entire time I Could not get a refund because they refused to refund my money until the product was returned to the manufacturer. Even though this was beyond my ability to control it. It was one of the worst transactions I have ever experienced. Incompetency of every person I talked to at carID was mind blowing. It finally got returned, and I got my refund. But it wasn’t without hours of my time wasted and Car ID never kept me up-to-date on any of the progress. I will never order another product from Car ID again."

Tire/wheel experience
"Poor experience. There is a nice selection of wheels on the website. However, 3 weeks after placing order, they notified me they did not have the wheels in stock and I had to select a different wheel. Then 5 weeks after reordering the wheels, they notified me all 4 wheels had been damaged and it would take another 3-4 weeks to reorder. So after 2 months of not being able to drive my summer car, I lost confidence that I would ever get a good set of wheels/tires. Order was cancelled and I am buying local for more money but more confidence in the quality."

"Specialists" not too special if you ask me
"I needed a bumper cover for an Audi Q7. I contacted a "specialist" at CarID by chat, provided the VIN and the model and trim level of my car. I got a bumper that did not match the original one on my car. As it turns out, it is not possible for them to know for sure that they are sending the correct part without a part number off of the original part. The VIN does not tell them what bumper cover is needed. They did not inform me of this during the chat. So bottom line for me is that it's just not worth dealing with them again."
