"My son’s transition into daycare has been easier thanks to the wonderful teachers and staff. Thanks to the app they use for updates throughout the day it’s been easier on the parents end too! We’ve only been coming for about 2 months, but so far we are pleased with our experience and are excited to watch our son learn and grow here."

"I cannot recommend Children's Courtyard to my friends, family, or colleagues. There is too much turnover, uncertified lead teachers, the food is poor, and the front office staff are unfriendly. As a school teacher myself, this is not the type of environment I would want to work in."

"Our daughter has learned a lot, but there's not a warm, welcoming feeling from the teachers. I know they have a lot on their plate, but I am dropping off my child who is not able to fully communicate how her day was, what she learned, etc., and it would be a huge comfort to know I am taking her to a place where her parents feel welcome instead of a nuisance. Teachers are not smiley, we are not told of teachers leaving or being hired, and we know nothing about the teachers or the subs so it's extremely hard to feel connected. My fear in expressing all of my concerns is that teachers will then treat my daughter differently. The issue is not with her education, and I appreciate all that they do all day. The issue is the communication barrier between the staff (directors, teachers, etc.) and the parents."
