"Jessica, thank you for your efforts. At this point, I'm not sure what my next step will be. I had an important deadline last Sunday evening which simply couldn't wait. To be more specific, I had an older SE duplicator[ a machine which actually copies and also prints DVDs ] which inexplicably broke down in the middle of the project, which was to shoot and edit and eventually deliver 4 dozen DVDs . Thinking I could still manage the project, I ordered a new SE "duplicator" in a hurry, and paid extra to overnight it last week . But after printing out several DVDs, much to my horror, I ordered only a "printer" , not a duplicator(the description your company has on the web page is not very forthcoming. I realize it was my error for not double checking the features, but when one googles DVD duplicators, that item comes up. And they didn't even offer "printer only" SE s when I purchased mine all those years ago. So I figured I ordered the correct item, and wasted $1000 (with overnight charges) for nothing. I'm a very small company and that's a very costly mistake. So with only a day to COPY and print 4 dozen DVDs, I individually copied each one using my computer, which took about 12 hours, and then used the new "printer" to label them. So the new machine has been used, and I doubt they will take it back now. But I had no choice, as it was for a long time client. In the mean time, I managed to "fix" the old duplicator so it successfully copies DVDs , but not print. So,I can use the old machine to copy stacks of discs, and I can use the new machine to label those disks. Question, will the company take back a week old SE that has printed out about 50 disks? As I said, I'm trying to keep my costs down. And the whole episode has left a bitter taste in my mouth, both for my mistake in ordering the wrong machine, and for the company description of said item which I feel is lacking. Peter Madison, NJ"

"I ordered original ty Yuden disks and they sent me a poor substitute (ty-driven)CMC DVD's which I have had horrible results with prior use on Companys DVD's(especially the white glossy ink jet ones.. ."

Great, but packaging could be better

"Two containers arrived in a timely manner, just as ordered. The only down side was the shipping package was tossed around and one container was damaged. The contents appear to be ok, but maybe the shipping department could review their procedures and packaging techniques."

"The only problem was that the drives where los. They where held in with screws on one side only. I put screws in the other side and it was fine. Other than that I lick the machine, do's a grate job."

Top side not clearly labeled

"My only complaint is that the discs are not clearly labeled which side is top. There are a few very small markings along the clear inside post hole, that's it. In a hurry, it is a pain to have to figure it out. Otherwise, they work splendidly."
