"I brought a steam cd-key from them, they sent me a gift link which didn't work (it was already redeemed). I opened a ticket asking for the issue to be resolve, gave them all the details that they asked, 5 days later they gave me credit on my account and told me to purchase the game again. After completing the purchase, I went ahead and claimed the gift, which to my surprise came with the same issue, the link for the gift didn't work, it was already redeemed, which was the same issue as the first link they gave me.
I went ahead and told them to refund my money on PayPal or give me an actual working cd-key. I noticed that the replies on support were just copy/paste from the previous replies, asking for the same proof, telling me that they are investigating......, even using the same punctuation. 17 days later I created a dispute on PayPal to get my money back, which I did within a day.
I would say to stay away from them, as support seems to be non existent and they don't actually investigate anything. If you really want to get something from them, use PayPal as you get some protection and avoid using their support and go straight to PayPal if you have issues with the key received.
TL:DR: It took them 17 days to not give me my money back or an actual working cd-key. Support most likely automated. Got refund via PayPal dispute."
"Great price for a 6 month game pass for the Xbox. I had to apply it to my live account not through the Xbox but it worked perfectly. Would buy from CJS CD KEYS again."
