Used Code - CJS won't do anything about it
"First and last time I use this website. Bought an xbox code that turned out to be used, contacted support which wanted me to jump through a crazy amount of hoops all for a £2 code. Contacted xbox about the code and they where unable to tell me the time and date it was used due to security reasons. This wasn't good enough for CJS. Keep the £2 you scam artists."

NO HELP WITH ISSUES
"After purchasing a key with lifetime access for 5 PCs I wanted to add a PC but the login had changed. I contacted support only to be told that they no longer sold the product (which was not true) and they could not longer honour this lifetime guarantee. After a few days asking them to do the right thing I purchased another key of the product they no longer sell :( only for it not to work. 2 days on live chat and tickets submitted the only response from them was to provide a link to leave a review so here it is. They cant be trusted to honour they agreement and customer support are not able to help with a simple key exchange which also happens to be the business model of their site."
