"Although I did have an issue with the first key I purchased, customer support was incredibly professional and kept me updated and helped me replace it outright. I'd honestly say the only concern is the third-party system may need to be updated or rebooted as it's likely delaying to update their inventory, which may be the contributing factor to some of the low scoring reviews I've seen."
