Our family could not be happier with their commitment to not only caring for our son but for developing him as well. The The Bright Wheel app might be the greatest app ever invented as it provides a digital window into our son's growth multiple times throughout the day."

"I like how professional and attentative the staff is regarding ours and our daughter's needs. Updates on the app plus in-classroom camera help ease my anxiety at work. Not to mention there is always someone who picks up the phone when I call the office. My daughter is well fed and happy when my wife picks her up. Overall 10/10 experience. I wish we had our daughter in this facility when we first moved down to Chula Vista."

"I have had 3 of my children here as well as my grandson over the past 12 years. I have seen the center at its best and worst. I've seen center directors and staff come and go. I feel like the corporate staff should be more supportive and do more to keep their good teachers. I see them mopping the floors and taking out trash. Really? I'd much rather they focus their attention on my children. The expectation seems high and if they are being paid to teach and clean and update the Brightwheel do assessments and conferences and deal with challenging behaviors that I've seen on WATCH ME GROW you need to pay them to keep them. I want my childs teachers to stay with him until he graduates. This is an accredited school and there should be more support staff for the price of tuition."

"I am very satisfied with childtime staff and teachers. I feel that my child is safe after drop off and I know they are in the best care while I am at work. Teachers provide great feedback on child development and areas of improvement. I hear teachers using encouraging language and promoting positive behavior. The level of compassion and excellence provided by teachers is apparent in my child’s development and behavior. The facilities are always clean and organized. The food services appear to have a high level of hygiene and the weekly menu is nutritional and varied. Overall, the teachers and staff are doing an exceptional job and I am thankful for their commitment. They deserve a raise $$ ! My only critique would be the attitude that is perceived of the site director. I am not sure if they are just extremely busy and focused on daily tasks, but they come off a bit cold and tend to have to be spoken to first in order to engage with entering/exiting parents."

"I very much enjoy Mrs. Gaylene's 2 year old classroom, she has grow very close to my son and him to her. She always listens to my concerns and acts accordingly, it is very comforting for me to know my son is safe while I'm at work and happy."

"This school has been a godsend. My daughter absolutely loves going to school, which is extremely important to me, because I want her to enjoy learning and enjoy her development. she has made many wonderful little friends here and loves her teachers. she enjoys telling me what she did in school each day, she enjoys telling me about the books they read, the music they sang, about her time playing on the playground. we love the fact that the school communicates so openly through the apps, and that we can peek in on her day sometimes with the video. The more I tell my friends who are parents about this place and the more I hear about the daycares their kids are attending, more grateful I am that we have the option of childtime so close to home."

"Child time has been part of my daughter's growth since 3 months of age. Every milestone and obstacle - the director/asst director and staff have been supportive and loving. At times we had difficulty getting our daughter to follow certain rules at home, and then her teacher (giving the magical touch) would speak with her and miraculous our daughter decided that it was a good idea to follow the house rules. Thank you so much for that!I am so sad that she is leaving Child Time to attend Kindergarten. I would recommend this day care center to anyone and while a bit pricey- I see it as a price of quality. If your teachers/care givers aren't happy- ain't nobody happy! Thank you Miss Kelly and Miss Alma for all the guidance and hand holding - you have helped me and dad raise a brilliant little girl and fed her high spirit with constant praise and reassurance. "The cost is outrageous. My daycare cost should not be half the cost of my rent. You charge a reservation fee when my family goes on vacation. That's disgusting!! It appears greedy! For those of us who do not receive government assistance, the price of daycare is crushing us. And when we fall behind we are threatened with disenrollment as if not being able to make this payment isn't tough enough on us as parents. It's important as parents to place your child in an atmosphere that you trust for 8-10 hours a day. We just didn't expect this industry to take advantage of the fact that we must work and have no other choice."

"This is a good center. My absolute favorite part is the teachers. They are loving, patient and genuinely care for the children. However, there needs to be more transparency into the pricing for the service. I have other children and have used other centers in the past. Price was never an issue until now. There should be a pricing sheet that's available for everyone to see, not individual contracts. The process was secretive and it feels like the center is only interested in getting the most money they can out of the parents that don't have subsidies. My child transitioned to an older classroom and the price went up. Every other center I've attended as the child:teacher ratio increased,the price went down. The process makes me feel misled and taken advantage of. I hope the extra revenue is used to compensate the amazing staff that makes the center what it is."

"The school is great! Our oldest went here and we didn't hesitate to bring our youngest also. The teachers are loving and nurturing. My wife and I always feel that our youngest is in great hands and she will graduate from the curriculum ready for her next challenge just like her older sister."
