"The director is amazing and the reason I chose this school, along with location. It is the nearest to my home but still quite far to drive. I love receiving electronic updates about my child's day. I think the interaction with other children is very valuable and I can use the break."

"Overall I have been very happy with childtime as I feel the teachers and directors are very loving and caring with my son. He has learned so much in the 1 1/2 years that he's attended. He likes coming to school and we feel comfortable leaving him for such a long time every day- knowing that he is well taken care of in an enriching environment. As I stated above, I do feel that I don't get enough information about his activities and how he is doing on a day to day basis. I'd also like more feedback from his teachers on his development. Perhaps a teacher conference every 6 months or so would be helpful to address any concerns we have and work on particular problems he might be having in the cl***room."

"Upon entering, it was clean and well organized. Staff greeted me with a smile and hand shake. My child was welcomed right into the class to participate and not ignored. Very professional and organized. Pricing and little steep, but you get what you pay for and this is quality!"

"Our overall experience has been great. Issues have been few and far in between and have always been resolved with a sense of urgency.In the last few years the center has improved a great deal. I credit this to the addition of Mrs LaVon as the director.She is very warm and inviting and gives you the feeling she truly cares about every one of the children in the center. She is more hand on then directors in the past. She has made some great improvements to the summer camp program!"

"We previously had a difficult experience at another childcare facility with our almost 1 yr old son. We were so impressed by Childtime when he started there. The director and his teachers were so supportive of him, he was comfortable right away. They have worked closely with him on getting him to eat on his own and get weaned off of his bottle so that he's ready for the next classroom. We are beyond happy and impressed with this staff- and the best is that our son is excited to go to Childtime every day!!"

"All of the teachers that have been at the school for some time are amazing. They are loving and caring and I couldn't ask for more in individuals taking care of my children. The new director, on the other hand, is horrible. She is very condescending and nothing is made easy with her. One interaction that doesn't go how she wants and each time you are in there she ignores you or shoots dirty looks. She has no tact, customer service skills, or even general compassion. She is the main reason we left."
