"Just someone who is overpayed to halfass watch my kid when i cant. Offers bright wheel to keep me informed with her day but doesn’t update it. Does not inform me of my child day, other than she had a good day. Im not told about how she interacts with others, where she could use extra encouragement or anything of detail about my childs day."

"Overall satisfied with my son's experience while attending Childtime. Ms. Kathy has been essential to my son's growth both as a student and as a growing boy. I look forward to our daily recap of what he's done throughout his school day. The love and excitement he has for his class is awesome to see and hear. I never imagined things would be and go this well."

"General experience has been fine. The two things that I'd love to see improvement are 1. The morning greeting in the classroom. We're arrive and are very warmly/enthusiastically greeted by Heather or Mary. Entering the classroom, my child's entry to the room usually isn't even acknowledged by the teacher who arrives before Cathy. This was especially concerning when my shy child first began attending childtime. There was no good morning.... welcome.... friends say hi to _____. Just dead silence until I spoke. And she also didn't make an effort to guide my child to an activity table where other children were already engaged. 2. The bathrooms often smell like urine when I walk through the hall. And there's often toilet paper on the floor. They probably need touching up hourly due to the volume of use."

"It’s not the most positive. I feel what we pay compared to what we get is awful. We don’t have a ton of choices in this area with times that work with our jobs so we can’t just go somewhere else easily."

"Overall, I like the people at Childtime, however, I don’t feel like my child has much of a structured curriculum. Additionally, he was always sick. Several kids have either pushed, bitten or hit my child. The teacher to pupil ratio is too large."
