"I ordered Spyder3Pro. When the order was not shipped after several days, I contacted Calibration-Direct. I was told that it was out of stock, and there was no date for when it would be back in stock.
This is bad service. Why was I not told when I ordered the product that it was out of stock? Why did I have to follow up on the order to find out is was out of stock. Why did Calibration-Direct even take my order if it did not have the product to ship?"

"Excellent shipping ! Spyder3Express works as advertised; however, on a two-monitor system, I had to disable each monitor individually in order to calibrate the other monitor, then rename the resulting ICC file. The program would hang when trying to calibrate with both monitors enabled."

They are obviously trying hard -- and succeeding. Highly recommended.
For those complaining about the tracking, that is not the fault of Calibration-Direct. They clearly state they use the USPS for shipping, and we should all know how they operate."
