"DON'T use your credit card with this company. They have charged my account 5 times but still show no order. Kept saying "card declined"Because of billing address error) but was still presenting it to my bank. Now I have over $1,300.00 in charges for something they dont even show an order for. Will not return phone calls(all you get is voicemail when you call) or emails. BEWARE!!! Have contacted my banks fraud division. If you complain to them they will block you from their site. They also lie to Reseller Ratings and told them they didnt know me or have an order!! Why hell no, they cancelled me!!"They always have an excuse. "THIS GUY" as they call me tried numerous times to call them. They are the ones that emailed me and told me how to enter it. I only tried twice but have 5 charges on my account. My bank said the person on their end was incompetent. Look at their feedback...they always have an excuse. Check out feedback on other forums!!! Did they loose their firearms license?? I di not use rude or offensive language but they did try to block me from this site saying it was "Bogus." How strange is it that I can use this card on numerous other sites including firearms sites without a hitch. BEWARE!!! Now they are dogging "Resellers Ratings" because I proved the truth to them! I dont have an order number because they cancelled it. They are like arguing with a 10 year old.Always an excuse>THEY continue to try and force resellers ratings to delete my posts but their are plenty of other sites.!!!"

"Emailed them a question after hours on Monday, got a response first thing Tuesday. Ordered my scope right away that Tuesday, Fedex attempted to deliver the next day on Wednesday since it came from their Texas warehouse. Wow. I just logged onto Fedex and had them hold it at the nearest Fedex office and picked it up the next day on Thursday. So it took 2 days to get my scope. On top of that, Cals had the Zeiss I wanted cheaper than ANYONE and no tax. I would definitely do business with them again. To those people complaining about their Direct Signature policy, you need to get over it. I'd rather drive a little out of my way to pick up my $1000 scope rather than have it sitting on my front porch all day."

"I purchased a grip for my pistol from Cals Sporting Armory. It did not fit my gun. When I asked for a refund Cals Sporting Armory told me I would need to contact the manufacturer? I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to contact Cals Sporting Armory? This is ridiculous! If I purchase a pair of shoes at the shoe store and something is wrong the store returns my money not the Nike manufacturer! This is not the way to do business in America! I will tell all my friends not to purchase anything from this company. Furthermore I will only purchase things with pay pal.

"I've spent thousands of dollars with Cals Sporting Armory and their Prices & Service are one of the best. I did not find alot of things I wanted and needed because they were out of stock. It's time to replenish those shelves. At the time of this message I'm still waiting for 2 or 3 orders which shows I"m happy with Cal"s and I still shop on line with them. Happy Holidays to all."

"VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. MY ORDER WAS PUT ON BACK ORDER BUT NOT UNTIL A DAY OR TWO. THEY LEFT ME HANGING AND THEN CANCELLED MY ORDER WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO ME. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO SEVERAL EMAILS. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN."

"Tried to change my order one minute after I placed the order. I wanted to add two more item and change the quantity of what I had just ordered. Web page said too late order had already shipped.Hard to believe on a Sunday. I sent a fax and called leaving my phone number as instructed. No response. I had to place a second order and ended up with two magazines that I didn't need or want.
I will not order from this vendor again.
Also the magazines that I purchased on the second order don't fit very well into the rifle."
