Melted chocolate.
"I ordered about $90 worth of candy for my daughters birthday party. The sour strings were great; taffy, gummy sharks and chocolate coins were disappointing. The biggest problem was when I opened the box, the chocolate coins had melted and were not usable. I threw them out. They did attempt to prevent this by including a small ice pack which was completely warm and obviously did nothing to help. I did not give the company a chance to rectify this situation as I didn't have the time. So that is my fault. Would I order again, probably not. I'll go to my local, overpriced candy shop instead. At least my chocolate won't be melted."

"I have ordered from CC twice now. I love this place. The first time, the shipping was quick and efficient. The second time for some reason, my order didn't arrive and was lost somehow. I called them and Nicole handled the problem immediately. Not only did she reship right away but she did it within about 2 days. I will definitely be ordering again.
