"Bought 2 canvases at close 200$ 10 days later I message and one canvas magically gets a reasy to ship not actually shipped just ready but no answer about the other one . Sent another message no reply no canvases . Still no canvases at my house still no real communication seems like a scam until I hear or see something ."

"It took me dozens of phone calls (I still never got ahold of a real person over the phone), multiple emails, and over a month to get confirmation a $500 package I ordered was finally on its way. I still haven’t yet received it a month later. I’ve never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. This company is a joke in my opinion."

"I ordered a 16x12 and a 24 x 18. The 16 x 12 looked amazing. The colors were radiant and looked even better than the online images. The 24 x 18 had bland colors and looked very pixelated. I would recommend to not go higher than 16x12 to receive the best quality."

Misguided
"Ordered a canvas for my son’s birthday. Website when ordering said 3-5days delivery. Then the order confirmation stated it was 5-7 business days to process…and then ship…. When I emailed customer service I was thanked for my patience and understanding. I didn’t have any because the shipping times kept changing. That rep then told me it would be 7-10 business days to process….this was an instock and non custom canvas…
I will never order from canvas freaks again. As the incorrect information provided meant my son didn’t get his birthday gift on his birthday"

Extra shipping charge
"Local usps charged extra shipping like 13$, after paying they told me to contact the website because the amount CanvasFreaks charged me for shipping was incorrect or they shipped it in the wrong size so basically I had to pay the difference"
