"This company seems to be out of business except their web page is still active, and they still bill your credit card. Their order status web says that my order will be shipped within 24 hours. It has been saying that since January 8, 2007. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I wonder how long it will take the credit card company to realize that they must stop doing business with this defunct company?
I had previously ordered toner cartridges from this company, and they seemed to be an excellent company. I wonder what happened to them?"

"THEY DON"T EXIST ANY LONGER! I AM ASSUMING THIS SINCE - I placed an order on 11/22/06. I have yet to receive my order of $289.12. I continually call daily and the voice mail says they are closed. (In the middle of the day - everyday.) I have sent four emails, have left 4 voicemail messages and no one has yet to contact me back in regards to the items I ordered and paid for on my American Express Card. They have our money yet we have not received any of the items. I would like to at least receive a refund. Does anyone have any information about this once prominent company?"

"As today November 03 2006 I haven't got back the refound for the item I sent bak on September 06.
The item hasen't been open or used at anytime and I sent back with a return number.
I try to call the company several times and I got a recorded message that is not possible to live one.
What I am supposed to do?

"Excellent service. I prefer to order by "phone", not "on line". The sales rep. (David) explained it would delay the ship date one day and he took the order without any problems. I received the product sooner than expected, it was professionally packaged and received in in excellent condition. It was been preforming as expected.

"This company is not reputable and I would not recommend them under any circumstances. Order placed 9/26/06, now 10/17/06 and product has still not arrived. There is supposed to be free Fed Ex Ground shipping and I called customer service and they were unable to give me any tracking information. Numerous e-mail inquiries sent with no response. Company is a sham."
