Go with any other company but CardsDirect - terrible product & service
"Our company ordered this combination Thanksgiving/holiday card, with plenty of time to send out to clients before Thanksgiving. We paid CardsDirect the extra fee to print our envelopes with the recipient addresses. They printed the same address (one single address, over and over) on each envelope.
This rendered our order useless. We received it and then - although they offered to reprint the envelopes correctly - it was too late by the time they said they could get them here, since it was a combination Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's card and they did not overnight or speed up the order. (They got the reprinted envelopes to us a week later, after calling about the messed-up order we received.)
The customer service person was nice, but didn't seem to want to fix the issue although CardsDirect made the mistake. (I had the pdf of the mail merge that they made me approve before the order was complete.)
So, over the course of two weeks - talking to five different agents or employees at CardsDirect - we finally got a refund on the order...two weeks later. We originally were just going to get a different holiday card from them, but they were so difficult to deal with and inconsistent, that we decided it would be foolish to start a replacement order with CardsDirect.
Unfortunately, it made something that should have been enjoyable and easy (ordering holiday cards) into a nightmarish and confrontational scenario.
On top of that, the actual printed cards - besides even the messed-up envelopes that we received - looked pretty crappy. The graphic was not really re-sized for the small size card and it looked awkward, half of the cards were cut crookedly, and the crease for the fold was off-center which made it look worse.
There were a couple of employees that did try to help us, but their hard work was only because of the employees there that did a terrible job.
Overall: horrible service, horrible product and an experience that made me want to write bad reviews all over the internet.
Oh well, guess I will order from one of the other hundred or so other online printing companies. Peace out."

"Make sure that you inspect the cards when they arrive. One set of anniversary cards had the "occasion" split onto 2 lines with no hyphen.
My order was also missing one set of birthday cards.
I called customer service and they agreed to take the anniversary cards back and to send out the birthday cards that I was missing. They were very helpful."
