Where are my cards?
"I ordered standard cards on January 20 - no personalization. Today is February 4 and I still don't have them. I emailed an inquiry on January 28 but never received a response or acknowledgement. I called on February 2 and they said they had to re-print them since they were "missing". I asked for them to expedite because it has been 2 weeks and there were no promises that I would have them by my requested date of February 5. I am extremely dissatisfied at this point because they did not waste any time charging my card but it's been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my cards."
