"My original order was delivered and was incorrect. My email was promptly returned on the first business day and my order quickly re-printed and over-nighted at no additional cost. Although my cards were sent out later than expected due to the holiday - my original order was delivered on 12/24/15 and you could not respond until 12/28/15, I was able to get them in hand, addressed, stamped and in the mail by 1/2/16.
