Cancelled order and then increased price
"I bought a cell phone on Wednesday October 9, 2019 with order # 70542 for $359. I received an email a few hours later that my order has been cancelled because it was out of stock. I checked the website again today, Friday October 11, 2019 and the same cell phone is now listed for $401. Clearly this cell phone was not out of stock. Instead, this terrible company didn't want to honor the listed price so they cancelled my order and increased the price. They could have just sent an email stating there was a pricing error. Instead, they lied to me and said it was out of stock. Pathetic company"
