"I ordered the unlocked Samsung galaxy S5 and requested next day delivery. It came on time but the phone was locked after I inserted my card and began charging the battery, the phone reads "enter unlock code. i contact cell2get via email and they request me to email them the imei # . i emailed my phone imei # and they replied to to my email 10 minutes later with unlock code. they also called me to apologize that the phone came locked Cell2get and they send me free case and car charger. i will defiantly will be doing business with them again."

"BEWARE,all I wanted was an older model flip phone I received a used phone in a generic samsung box also charges on my credit statement were 10$ more because I had to do 2 transactions and cancel one not sure what that was all about all I get from customer service is return for a full refund if I do that more than likely I'll be out my money and the phone don't need all the hassle.The phone is wore out but at least it works."

"Wonderful Service!
I dropped my cell phone and broke it. It was an old cell and I liked it a lot so searched around for one that was the same. It is scary in this day and age to use a company that you do not know and there can be problems as we have all found out. From ordering to confirmation to answering questions when called this company is brilliant. Their customer service is great. When you call an actual person answers. It has been a good experience dealing with these folks and I must say, Melvin, who answered any questions that I had was extremely helpful and pleasant. I have now replaced my phone. I give them high marks for delivering on what they advertise on. Wonderful service."
