send the wrong item
"They hide the shipping charges, send the incorrect item, took them 5 days to even send it, having my money for 5 days and then want you to go thru their hoops, sending pictures, etc...never again....AND bombard you with continuous sales emails for which I never signed up for"

1st order was incorrect, 2nd got it right
"I ordered a case for a coworker. The first one was too small. Rather than me pay the shipping to return a case for a RAZR phone which my coworker or I never had; I reordered, being very specific on his phone model and dimensions. The correct case was received, tracking information helped me inform my coworker of its pending arrival. He now has it and is enjoying it."
