"With a website address that ends in .CA I thought CellularOutfitters.ca was a Canadian company. When the charges showed up on my credit card in American funds, I was not pleased. An order that I thought was going to cost me about $15-$18, by the time shipping and currency exchange went on ended up costing me $27.00. I will not be ordering from this site again."

"This has to be one of the worst shopping setups and experiences I have ever used. There is no option to continue shopping after you add an item to your cart. There is no option for guest checkout, you must create a account before you shop. If you do not you loose your shopping cart. You must find the fine print for order processing time as one page says same day shipping another says next day shipping but under policy statement it states usually ships in one to two days but took three days to create a shipping label and seven days for the package to arrive at the post office for processing. My order was for three small items plus a free touchscreen stylus. The order arrived and the FREE stylus was not in the package. Can you say ripoff. Will not be doing business with them again."

"I was very surprised at the shipping charge, but I accepted it since the parts where very cheap. It said they were in stock and should ship in 2 days, but its been a week already and I still have not got a notice from them that it will be shipping. I do not know at this time what the stuff looks like, though it was very cheap, but still were is it or when will it ship."

"I loved all my stuff.... But the shipping is very pricey....I didn't like that.... For my next order from you guys... The shipping is $19.00 it really can't cost that much to ship my items!!! In my order it said I was only going to be $3-4 dollars for shipping.... So what gives????? I ordered stuff from Canada and the shipping was only $4.00..."
