Terrible and Costly Experience in Rebooking a flight.
"A very bad experience in rebooking with cheapoair. The site did not provide the right information and ended up costing me another 1500 USD on a business class ticket that was downgraded to economy. An apparent software problem which did not show the ticket pricing or class properly during the rebooking process. Overall CheapAir site is not to be trusted."
