"Ordered two Gateway EV500 Monitors on 12/30. Did not receive anything and after two weeks I called. I was told the person handling this went to lunch. It was 335PM EST! When I said lunch at 330, they laughed. I called again. No answer. For a week, no one would answer the phones. I sent two emails, no answer, I sent a letter, no answer. The one time I was able to contact someone there, I was told the merchandise was not in stock, and they tried to sell me another product, of which I had no interest. Needless to say my credit card has been charged and requests to have it have recredited thus far have failed. And today I get another invoice emailed me with another order for two monitors I never ordered! When of it this ever gets straightened out I don't know. But to charge a card when the product was not deliverable is not good business practice."
