"This power supply for My IBM T-41 Notebook Computer came as advertised in less than a week. I ordered before noticing the negative reviews, or I might not have done business with this company. However, my experience was completely positive, with no problems"

"I bought a pcmcia firewire card from this guy and he stated the condition of the item was "Brand New In Retail Box" and it was missing the power supply. he gave me Bad feedback for giving him bad feedback and this was overall a sales nightmare. The company stated that "I started this" and that is why i got bad feedback on ebay. lpease dont buy from this guy. I so far cannot find business liscense information on this guy either."

"1. Item arrived in UNSEALED box, and did not include a USB/PS2 y-cable as depicted in one of the auction photos. 2. The PS2-only power cable that was furnished is DAMAGED. 3. The PS2-only power cable appears to be USED (not new as described... and looks like it was resealed in a plastic bag. Plastic and metal connector tip appears SCRATCHED and CHEWED UP (perhaps from frequent prior use?). 4. Card frequently LOCKS UP PC due to a "POWER SURGE". Asked seller if this was normal. NO REPLY. Asked seller if this deficiency might be remedied by obtaining an undamaged power cable. At first, no reply... then the seller indicated that he had NO REPLACEMENT CABLE to offer me (even though he continues to sell this card/cable, with misleading photo, on eBay). 5. Sent three emails asking for assistance or return procedure. No assistance or return procedure was provided in either case. 6. Left negative feedback FACTUALLY indicating problems and dissatisfaction. 7. In retaliation, Seller left negative feedback claiming that I am "lying". I realize that this individual appears to have an enormous number of successful transactions, but someone needs to investigate the number of transactions where buyers have had difficulties, left negative feedback, and "computerlogin" vindictively retaliated with false negative feedback. Apparently he is not creative enough to come up with "new" reasons for leaving the negative Buyer feedback... and often re-uses the same outrageous claims. Bottom line: I am out $19.97 for a card and cable that do not work. The item's purchase price was only $4.99, but I paid $12.99 to ship it and $1.99 for insurance. ON A SIDE NOTE, if the shipment was insured, then why won't the seller file a claim and reimburse or replace the damaged merchandise? Frankly, I could not do so in good conscious, because the damage to the PS2 connector does not appear to have occurred in transit. It appears to be from severe use."

"9.99 + shipping, (19.99) they don't refund shipping and you have to give them 9.99 to send it back. complete rip off. product should be a "BRAND NEW SONY POWER CORD" it's a rip off with a sony sticker. didn't work/broke before i even got it out of the package. we are canceling the credit card transaction."

"I purchased a bluetooth wireless headset from this company & they ripped me off. The initial advertising was very deceptive. It was inferred that the brand was a Motorola when in fact it was a generic. You had to read very closely to figure this out. When the order arrived, all that was in the box was a battery charger, NO HEADSET. The girl I spoke with promised to send me a headset. However, when I called to confirm shipping, she informed me that they were not going to send the item. It would be my loss. She went so far as to accuse my office staff of stealing the item (when the package was sealed). In my opinion this company is a total ripoff ! ! ! I do not recommend that anyone take a chance buying from them. Buyer Beware ! ! !"

"This outfit will not honor any defective item warrenty, only give one the run around hoping ones complaint will go away. They will not replace the item nor will they pay for repairs. I recommend one to stay away and not deal with these shysters. The following senario is part of my experence. I tested the enclosure with 3 HDD's, 1 Seagate 80 GB and 2 Maxtor 80 GB with the same results. The HDD's have been thoroughly tested and are OK. In fact, 1 of the HDD's is currently in use in another vendor's external case. Sometimes your enclosure fails to be recognized by the computer and sometimes records or writes erroneous data. I am running a Pentium 4 processor with Windows XP SP2. This enclosure has been used less than 10 hours. I am sure there is more than a 15 day warranty on defective items as related by your little quiff who answered my phone call, was very discourteous an then hung up when I told her to please shut up and listen to what I had to say. She must have taken a speed speaking class since you could hardly make out her speech since she talked so fast. Your published specs for this item does not cover defective items. Please advise what action is required to replace, repair or refund purchase price."

"I bought a Compact Flash USB Card reader/writer from ComputerLogin via eBay. I paid for it ($19.85), it arrived. It *mostly* worked on my 2 Windows 2000 PCs, but not fully - occaisonally when copying files from my 2 GB CF card, a file would be corrupted. These were JPEG files and I realized this because the pictures looked corrupted. I copied the files over several times and ran an MD5 checksum program on them and found occasisonally one was off. And this happened on 2 different PCs (One an AthlonXP, the other a P3). I sent the reader/writer back. ComputerLogin was unable to reproduce the problem. We agreed for me to split the price of another card reader/writer with them. (Yes, even though the product seemed defective to me (on *2* different computers), I was generous enough to just eat some of the cost and send an additional $10 to them.) This was a hectic time for me and I didn't send my money in for months later. I emailed to verify that the deal was still good and they said it was. I sent the money, waited a month, and never heard a response. I emailed them back and found out that they thought I had never paid for anything in the first place! And that I'd sent them $10 just as some sort of parting gift or something. It makes no sense! Why would they think that? They knew we'd had involved emails back and forth to about the status of the device. And why would they have ever sent me a product without recieving payment?? I *did* pay and I have the reciepts for both money orders in my hand now. After emailing back and forth several times playing phone tag for a week, I finally spoke with a representative. She said they'd write a check to me for the original auction price of $19.85 and they'd keep the $10 of additional payment (which I should never have had to pay for in the first place). Fearing that this forgetful company would simply "forget" that I existed at all and keep all the money, I took them up on their offer. That was an hour ago. Hopefully that check will arrive and it won't bounce when it does. If you have dealings with this company, I recommend trying to get them to send you the product without you ever paying for it and for you to pay for it later since they apparently do this from time to time and if the product doesn't work, you can just send it back and not be out of anything."
