"Wow this company has blown me away. I ordered an external cd drive for my laptop. The shipment got here extremely fast. Only bad thing was the drive didn't work :( I called customer service and right away they had another one on its way to me! Once I received the new one and hooked it up, it worked wonderfully! I have never had a business be so courtious and helpful. They have DEFINETLY got my business again when I need any computer things!"

"I ordered a refurbished Dell aximx51v since it was the only PDA with the features I wanted. I initially had a problem with my credit card. Geeks.com was nice about it. The even had an option on the site to resubmit the same card. I straightened out the credit card problem and even though I had free shipping through a code online, the package was shipped within hours and arrived via ground shipping two day later. There were no scratches on the PDA screen and they send a brand new battery in sealed in a bubble pack. Everything on the PDA works fine!"

"Ordered a motherboard from Geeks.com after reading such good reviews on here. Paid $20 something for 2 day shipping, mother board came Dead on Arrival. I called geeks that they sent me an RMA ground label. 4 Days later they get my package and while they are sending me a new motherboard, they are shipping it out ground? I really dont think this is fair when I paid extra money to ship, they should at least ship it back the same way."
