Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Order monitor, monitor was defective.
They had me call the manufacturer to get it replaced. Replacement was defective. Wanted to get it replaced with different model. None was available. Was promised that I could get full refund back since there was no other option.
It took *2 months* to get the refund, and I only got it after I called them 3 times.
The refund was not the full refund that I was promised. They took a 15% restocking fee, even though I had returned it to the manufacturer, who refunded ComputerMart in full. They did not have to 'restock' anything.
Now they refuse to return my phone calls.
Very poor customer service, they lie to you, and they do not return calls. Not very pleasant to do business with. Steer clear of these crooks."
