So, I got online and talked with Sam GI and he decided the stick was DOA, immediately sent a replacement, along with a shipping label to send the DOA stick back to them. "Okay so they sold me the wrong memory initially but, so did BestBuy when I bought the computer. I bought a desktop and received laptop memory, so I think the model numbers must be very similar to have it happen twice. I don't usually use chat, because it is evening and I didn't think they would answer.
