Cancels out without any emails
"Their system takes the order and cancels out your purchase without any warnings. Only way you find out is when you call them. The dealership folks are very polite but even they have no idea why the system cancels it. It really **** if you're waiting for a part and in a rush. You'll be screwed without even knowing why"
