"I bought a smart joy plus from this site and it has not yet came in and I have sent emails to which have not been responded to. I ordered it by 2-3 priority mail through usps on the 16th and it is now the 22nd. I dont see why it is takeing so long when on the same day I ordered a keyboard and mouse from tigerdirect.com and it came in on the third day? I wish they would at least respond to my emails."

"Web site was misleading on the product I bought. As a result, I now have a cable which is of no use to me. here's the email exchange to date:
how do I initiate a return? the item you sent me does not at all match the description on your web site. I ordered an xbox controller to USB converter cable and what I got did, indeed, have a USB connector on one end, but the other end wouldn't come close to attaching to my xbox dance controller. the connector is approximately 1/8 the size of the xbox connector.

The item matches both the description and the product image exactly. As you can see in the product image this adapter uses a smaller connector, to use this connector you must remove the break-away cable from the peripheral you want to use. If the peripheral you want to use does not come with a break-away cable this adapter will not work. We do have other adapters that have the standard Xbox connector on them.
