"Cosplay Shopper are, in my experience, the best online retailer for cosplay outfits. I had ordered a costume (Katarina from League of Legends) in late September, though I had doubts whether it would arrive in time due to the experience I have had with other costume sites. I chose expedited shipping to help the process.
Two weeks had passed and I had not received an email confirming dispatch; so I sent an email (on a Saturday) to customer services and let them know that I really wanted the outfit delivered before October 25th. They replied the same day and told me they would let production know and would ship as soon as possible.
I received another email the following Monday with the tracking code and, to my amazement, the costume arrived three days later on the Thursday!
Considering the site tells you that production can take up to 10 working days and even expedited shipping takes 10-15 days, I was very impressed! Not only that, but the costume is amazing! Very high quality; I chose the tailing option and it fits perfectly (definitely worth the $15 extra).
Customer service were professional, polite and definitely acted in the best way possible to ensure my satisfaction! Would recommend to anyone looking for a cosplay outfit."

"I Ordered a Dragon Ball Z (Goku) costume from these guys less than 10 days ago and the costume is now sitting in my hands. it is great, the quality is far better than i ever thought it would be. I had concerns that it may not be delivered in time but i contacted customer service and they got onto it straight away for me. I will definately use them again if the oportunity arrises and couldnt recomend them more. (Just look at sizes i mean im about 84kg and 179cm i got an XL where i would normally be a medium or large just pays to look at their sizing chart).
Further to this I ordered another Costume from Milanoo.com 3 weeks before this costume was ordered and they have informed me it will not be here untill late April which will be a two month turn around NEVER USE MILANOO. COSPLAY SHOPPER IS the BEST."

"hello! I ordered the pokemon James costume through cosplay shopper, I needed it quickly so went through priority shipping. Had it within 10 days awesome. problem, I ordered the wrong size! I was so sad, I mailed the site right away, and had a response back in less then an hour! after a few simple questions and some remeasurements my new order was placed the old costume shipped back and the new one under construction. I wasnt expecting the new one in time for anime north, but voila it arrived within 10 days again! my experience with CS has been great and I will be sure to order through them again!"

"I have purchased your Neji costume and I must say that it is awesome! The costume fits me perfectly! (I bought it in size XS) I bought as I said the Neji (young) costume and it was awesome, but I also bought a konoha forehead protector and Naruto shoes (black) All the items were awesome! =) (And fitted me perfectly)
The shipping time was very good to! It said that it would have taken from 20-28 days for my package to come and it took 20 days. I was surprised that it only took 20 days! Really :) Your service was very good to! I talked to Maria and she gave me very good answers on my questions.
I could recommend that you "could" sew pockets on the pants to the Neji cosplay. It would look cooler that way ^^ Otherwise all the items were great!
That was all that I wanted to say for now =) And I am definently gonna buy more cosplays and other stuff from you guys! Thank you! This costume made my day and am gonna weare it proudly on a "Cosplay meetup" named Foxcon here in Sweden! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!"

"My daughter had chosen a really pretty dress to wear at Prom for Cosplay later on in the year and the Cosplay Shopper Team was fantastic, courteous, thorough, prompt, and wonderful. Even though my daughter's first dress got misplaced due to the postal service, the team kept in touch with me and sent another in its stead and it came in time for her Prom. "I had an okay experience while shopping here. The costume is accurate, the materials used are high quality, and it fits very well (I only had to alter the pants since I'm short and the pants were a bit too long for me). The only problem I had was with the shipping; It took about 4 months to arrive....So, I would recommend ordering your costume REALLY early if you need it for a con!!! But, when I contacted customer service, they were really nice and helpful! Overall, love the costume, but shipping took FOREVER!!!"
