"CostCentral was very competitive on prices and at the time, they offered free FedEx Ground shipping. You could easily see the number of items (Plantronics wireless Bluetooth headset) in stock and at what locations. My order was processed without any glitches and without any "surprise" e-mails telling me that the item was actually not in stock. I've experienced that a couple of times lately with other online merchants. My order arrived promptly and the item was exactly as listed on the CostCentral Web site. All in all, it was a positive and uneventful purchase. I have no hesitancy ordering from CostCentral/Erie Computer again."

"Terrific pricing and service. 4 toner cartriges for a Ricoh 4000DN were priced lower than quality competition, and arrived within 3 days of order (expedited service not requested). In this case and most others, Cost Central's supply prices prices beat our local Ricoh dealers - and their hardware prices are generally competitive or superior, also. "Bought the HP ZR24W 24" eIPS (H2 - IPS in the specs) Screen and I have no complaints. It was the best price I could find, it came much faster than expected, and I haven't found any dead pixels yet on the 1920 x 1200 display (though besides changing the background to white and looking I'm not sure exactly how to check for them). The stand is very sturdy, though not light, and has a nice handle on the top middle to make carrying it a little easier. Have not calibrated it, and it looks good doing video editing (Though I don't do a lot of color correction yet)."
