I can't believe I'm giving **** 5 stars
"I recently moved into a **** territory. I had DirectTV for the last 10 years but before that had various cable TV companies and they always sucked big time. So, they get me hooked up at exactly the time they told me they would (first surprise). Although there were some cable problems under the street that had to be fixed over the last couple of months, they always did that on time and quickly. The best things about them are that most issues that I come across can be fixed over the phone with one of their tech people and there is rarely a hold time. So, overall, I'm shocked that I actually like the service they have provided. I also like the tv functions better than DirectTV's. The only thing I don't like is the price, although it is less than Direct's. I just don't like the high prices this stuff costs these days."
