Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I have emailed your company twice. I ordered this calendar in November. It is now January 8th and. I still have no calendar!
Emailed the company twice requesting a refund for the product that I ordered and has never come. No one has responded to me. I have received zero refund ….zero product ….and I’ve now had to print my own photo calendar locally. Now I will be forced to contact Visa for my refund directly to reverse charges, as no one in the company has responded to my past 2 emails Requesting a refund and explanation .
Extremely disappointed with the customer service and response of this company."
"I ordered a calendar for a friend but I also use your service as a vendor and friends order products and both you and I make a commission. My biggest complaint is the shipping fee. Paying almost eight dollars to ship is a little much when I can ship myself for less. I think five is reasonable. I know you offer web offerings of 50 percent off a product but part of that percentage gets tacked right back on via shipping. Otherwise everyone who has ordered loves their calendars. I do have to say although a few people ordered the mugs and the product came out darker than what you see. I wasn't thrilled about that. Thanks."
"I appreciate being able to write all over them, appointments, birthdays, all the things that keep us going, and NOT have it show up on the other side.
Would like a MUCH bigger hole to hang it up on, tho. I have to go through and repunch them, to make it hang on the small nail."
"These calendars are for family only. Only trouble is when I put a photo on a birthday that is also a holiday, the holiday covers too much of the photo. This is compounded when we have two birthdays on the same date, thank goodness we don't have any with three birthdays on the same date. If I were able to resize (recrop) after I drag and drop, perhaps I would be able to also relocate the photo out of or away from the text for the holiday."
