"PRO: Very quick service. Good pricing. It was easy to find the right unit for our machine. And, yes, the increased RAM really speeds everything up. Only slight concern -- installation instructions were slightly sparse, esp. on the critical issue of which side is 'up', and how hard to push in. Thankfully, there are a lot of UTube videos which show the install more clearly. iMacs are very 'year-specific', be sure to get the exact install info for your particular machine."
