"The PC came all intact and there was nothing wrong with it fortunately. The PC runs very nice, and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I am a first time PC owner, and my brother and I are happy with our purchase. I will say though, his keyboard came broken and did not work, but luckily mine came working. They do not give you a new one unless you call cyberpower.com."

Reasonable Option
"The computer was easy to set up, reasonably priced, and does what I need it to do. As a seller, CyberpowerPC sent the computer well packaged, film on all glass surfaces and foam inside to protect the components. The keyboard and mouse that came with it do not quite agree with my hands (my pinky tends to start feeling a bit numb after using the mouse for too long). The tower is also just a bit taller than I was anticipating, but that is my own fault for not looking at the specifications closely enough."
