Employees make or break a business.
"I went by to buy a new bike suit and was greeted by Bill and Spring, who continued throughout the visit and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. They seem to take their jobs seriously and sincerely wants to help the customer. On my next visit I was peered at by some guy who couldn't find the energy to tell me his name or pull his pants up. This may be just a product of my upbringing but I feel presentation is everything. I will continue to go back because I know Bill and Spring are still there and that makes for a great experience no matter what the visit is for. The place deserves five stars because it offers a wide variety of products for every type of riding and the majority of the employees great. I have to be fair and say at least the kid got my replacement pants ordered."

Rear tire stand
"Ibthoightbibwas very fortunate to purchase a rear tire stand. I was wrong. There are different sizes, which I thought I had asked. It was just a few days before Christmas, only 2 employees and it looked as though the male employee wanted Spring to answer the phone when she was trying to assist me. I have a feeling that is why my question wasnt addressed, also the fact she had the front tire one at first telling me it was for the rear. I'll be honest went to get a gift for my sons Honda cbr600rr so I took her word. Unfortinately not a good gift for it isnt wide enough
Tax season is upon me so hopefully they will exchange when I get a chance to get there."
