Great Product, Unreasonable Shipping Charges
"I am happy with the product ordered and the quick turn around time for the order. The work is well done and looks great! It will be a helpful and impressive tool to grow our business.
I am not satisfied with the shipping charge to Honolulu. We are part of the USA and it is ridiculous to charge approximately $85 to ship 125 small plastic bags to me. I had the bags shipped to my sister-in-law's house in Oregon and she shipped them to me for $11.70. Even if she put it in a flat rate box, it would have cost $13.95. In the box with the bags, she was able to add two pairs of gloves, a set of oven mitts, and a toy for my dog for the same price! Would it be possible for your company to look into flat rate shipping to Hawaiʻi? Thank you."
