"Do not waste your time :-( Bad customer service
I wanted to order Nikon 5300 with 18-140mm lens and I just happen to call them before I placed the order and they said that it is not available, but it did show me on their website. I then ordered the camera and the lens separately by paying 100 bucks extra. After two days when I am trying to call them like 20 times, the voice says 'My call cannot get through'. I eventually left an email and tried to call after 30 mins; this time they received. When I asked them 'something like this was happening' and there was no response. I asked again and he said rudely 'well now you got through'. About the camera, it is now that I learnt that the camera is in japanese and is not available. Acc. to them, 'japanese' is so clearly stated in the specifications but it is no where near the title. I asked for the US model and it was priced high and so I did not consider ordering it. The representative was extremely rude. I asked him to cancel the camera and keep the lens on hold as I wanted to check other websites to place order for camera if I get it for a good price before I cancel the lens. But he was so rude that I eventually cancelled the lens as well. I wasn't sure that when would I know that the camera was not available or probably wait for it forever."

"These guys are a joke like the other online vendors like America Cameras.. they don't have any of their products in stock and come back to you later to say so after you have placed the order... they will keeps stretching the ETA... i'm closing in on 1 month now and still the order is in backorder status... they are starting to sound rude on the phone and keep claiming they sent an email which they haven't..."
