"Ordered on 22nd, received on 26th. That was great. I don't like USPS delivery, but otherwise, and for the price, it was fine on this order.
I ordered 3 ink carts and even with shipping they were right at half the price of a cart at the store here. They weren't remanufactured or anything. Brand new. Man what a great price and everything. I'm still jazzed. I really really really hate spending 30 or more bucks on 1 ink cartridge. It's just too expensive, in my opinion. I just don't like purchasing ink.... Heck alot of times it's just cheaper to toss the whole printer and go get a new one.
I will most definitely use them again.
The only thing that bugged me at first was receiving order confirmations and such with a different company name of it. They're the same company as inkjetcorner and your emails will come from 77inc or something like that....so that was a little weird."

"Purchased ink cartridges mainly for printing draft documents. since quality is not an issue when printing drafts, i decided to go with generic cartriges. however, i was surprised to see how good the quality is. I went with a few blacks and a set of cartridges with the colors because i needed some color cartridges anyways. i started printed some yahoo maps with them and it looked pretty good. so i tried print photos with them and wow, was i shocked. I printed some 4 x 6 photos i took last weekend and it looked really good. great deal and fast shipping too."

"I bought these cartridges back in November. I waited to write this opinion because i wanted to be sure that the cartridges work correctly. I got a 12 pack of generic epson cartridges for my r200 and they seem to work as good as they say they are. well except one cyan cartridge but i did get a replacement 1 week after i mailed back the defective one. I saved alot money so i am not complaining"

"I placed an order with digitgo for canon bci24 ink cartridges. When the ink arrived, it some of it had leaked out of the cartridges and the rest of them had dried up. I immediately contacted them for replacements. They responded quickly with a RMA and I sent them back with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Two weeks later I hadn’t received my ink cartridges and have received no responses. I wrote them and the next day received this response.

Well I know this isn’t true because I put delivery confirmation on the package and it was delivered on December 1 but they said that it wasn’t received until the 13th of December. A couple of days later I receive a partial shipment of my inks. I write back to tell them of the mistake and received this response.

the ink manufacturer is MMC. replacements do not have boxes in them
when the
manufacturer exchange them for us.
I made a mistake during the process, I only exchange the ones that were
opened and forgot the unopened ones. We'll send the rest of the ink
cartridges
I waited another 2 weeks just for good measure and received nothing. I contacted them and received no response. I called their phone number, ***-***-****, which is long distance, 5 or 6 times and only received a voice mail message, the last time I called I left a message with all the necessary information and have not received a response. I went on their ebay page to see if there was any information for them.
I couldn’t believe my eyes; they actually pride themselves with excellent customer service. I think they suck. Well a long story made shorter, paypal will only investigate 45 days after auction or after payment is made so nothing could be done. This is my only recourse left. I hope that others will read this and think about the purchase they are going to make and if they really want to just give their money to these CROOKS.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Call them their phone number to experience their customer service. Remember if you have problem, which you will guaranteed, this is all you really have to work with.
