It seems the major item that was ordered was the Faux Shearling. It also appears that it is on back order, yet they still cashed the checks."

"I was reluctant to order from this site, based on lack of reviews. I wish I had followed my instinct. Over 3 weeks since placing order. "customer service", there isn't any. No phone number, e-mail only. Still no response to my e-mails. Buyer beware ! UPDATE: Today I received an e-mail from this company saying it would be another 2-3 weeks before shipping my order. They also included a long distance number I could call. I cancelled the order after waiting over 3 weeks."
