Zero issues, all positive
"Delivery was very prompt, tires mounted on rims as I selected, tires hold air after days of use, no scratches on rims no damage to center caps, balanced well no shaking at highway speeds, packaged very securely, lug nuts and wheel locks were of correct finish and quantity. For many years I have been buying old wheels and refurbishing them, my first brand new set of rims out of box and I am not disappointed one bit!!"

"I spent quite a while looking for 14" tires, decided I wanted Toyo's and Found DWW through checking ratings for various sellers. Some that appeared ok initially had bad reviews on BBB. Then I found DWW with great ratings. Unbelievably though I ordered them midday on a Friday I had them the next day and at a price better than any other I saw."

So far, no good
"Ordered wheel & tire package February 24th, Talked to William on March 3rd, said should take 10-12 business days from order date bc of being drilled, mounted & balanced. He said we should receive by end of week or beginning of following week. Called again March 12 and order still hasn't shipped out. We have a car show this coming weekend and obviously won't have our wheels/tire package to sport. I can't comment on quality of their products bc i haven't received it. I will be calling back today to try to cancel order to purchase from another retailer. Update 1, called them today at lunch, they shipped them out last night. They won't get here till monday (a day late for the car show) (Will update again when I get them and if they will give me some kind of credit for delay)"

"Pay tomorrow did not work and the company could not figure it out. I used a different method of payment. The customer service at Discounted Wheel Warehouse was excellent. Romin was wonderful to work with. Discounted Wheel always provides the best service!"

"I would have given it 5 stars but you guys wouldn’t let me ship it to where I’m having it put on. Even with verbal permission it would have been nice. I can’t pick the wheel up so I’m going to have to make arrangements to have someone put it in my vehicle to take to shop. Major inconvenience."
