"Good prices, fast shipping, and great service. I received a defective item (mfg's fault not DogByte's). DogByte immediately sent a prepaid UPS label for the defective item return and promptly sent a replacement."

"After extensive searching I found DogByte that offered the product I was looking for at the best price I could find (I purchased two sets of Intercoms). Order was processed quickly and shipped to Canada without any delays - I received it in time for the holidays.
Then I found I had to return the items - they worked, but not in the intended location (distance was too far). I dread returning products from Canada to the USA, but DogByte proved exceptional - they made it easy and did not charge me the restocking fee as the product worked and was still in the original packing. Very generous and earned my future business.
Further to this, Fedex charged DogByte for Duties and Taxes they claimed I refused to pay - and DogByte subsequently charged me - since I knew I had not refused any duty and taxes, I responded to DogByte with as much information as I could gather. They went out of their way to check with Fedex and found the claims to be unsubstantiated - so refunded me the additional charges. This was above and beyond!!! I totally recommend this company - they offer exceptional service, even given I returned the product that they sold me. I will definitely be a repeat customer and feel comfortable making USA to Canadian purchases with them."

"BEWARE of the fees! I placed an order for a few small items and was to receive a promotional discount. The promotion was not honored and no resolution was offered - I hadn't received the items yet so I told them I would refuse shipment. I was instructed to receive the shipment and then have to pay return shipping PLUS 20% restocking fees for items I ordered only to satisfy the promo requirements! And only one of three items had even shipped! I just filed a BBB complaint and hopefully I might get my money back."

"I purchased a Delphi hardwired FM Modulator from this company because they had an unbelievably low price advertised that was about 20-30% less than all pricing I found online and on Ebay. I consider myself a very savvy shopper and looked on many other Websites before my purchase. I was skeptical because of the low price and the fact I couldn't find any reviews online for this company. My skepticism was quenched when the item arrived promptly. Shipping was very reasonable and the item came sealed in new condition. I looked at Dogbyte Computer's Website after my purchase and found that most items were very competitively priced, some being lower and some higher than the competition. Overall, this was a very satisfactory purchase. I will be a repeat customer."
