"We were SO weary of ordering because we were placing a large order of 50 dolls for a work event. I can assure you this website is legit and they delivered everything I asked for. "I discovered Dolls2U randomly. It is because I had unsatisfactory customer service from another bobblehead company. With Dolls2U, Aggie was wonderful. I was on Vacation in between and did not have good Wi Fi connection. Aggie helped to speed up the process by approving it for me. The product actually left the factory on time as predicted on Nov 28th. I was very impressed. I was even more impressed when I received the product. "Wow! Unreal! I just recieved 13 bobbleheads and they are so good- my groomsmen will love them! I have been extremely impressed with their customer service and quality. Aggie was right on top of everything, very quick to respond to my emails, and very helpful. I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them to others.
My advice: Give yourself more than enough time for proofing. The first proofs were just ok. For each proof, I was very descriptive in what I wanted changed (often sending photos with arrows and descriptions), and they would make the necessary adjustments each time until we got it right. I feel if I had more time, we would have gotten things absolutely perfect. However, my wedding was coming up and there were some that I had to just approve where we were. They were still good, but needed a few more proofs to be perfect. Again, this was my fault for not alloting more time, not their fault.
Also, make sure your photo #1 is the best photo. also ask for a profile view of the proof, because some looked good from the front, but when I asked for a side view of the clay proof, it was way off and needed changing.
Overall things turned out great and if you are patient and make the necessary adjustments, you will be very happy! Shipping was very quick."

"Extremely pleased with my order! Aggie was very responsive to my e-mails and worked quickly to make all requested revisions. Our bobbleheads were needed for an event on August 9th and Aggie was able to have the dolls to us by August 6th! This was very fast turn around considering that number of revisions we requested. Not to mention, we LOVE our dolls! The quality of the dolls are great and the detailed work is AMAZING!!!"
