I love it here!
"I have been shopping for mostly shoes at Dolls Kill and have bought at least 10 pairs. I’ve never had any issues at all. I purchased a shelf and it came a little messed up (nothing super serious just a little paint got rubbed off) I reached out to customer service and they responded right away. The person that helped me was Angel and she was so sweet. I am super appreciate of them and will continue to shop with them. I’ve also purchased jewelry and many gifts thru Dolls and the shipping is super fast and on time ."

"I used their text option for accessing support. As a person on the spectrum, I have a variety of sensory needs, especially around clothing and how it fits. I texted them about the items that I liked the fit for best to get more recommendations and got plenty to fill my wishlist as well as items to avoid which was especially helpful!! Even tips on how to make one of the items more accessible-having a text option plus the considerate and quick reply (same day) alleviates so many barriers for me as an Autistic person. Couldn't be happier with their service! I had already pre-purchased some items but now I know what I can buy next and how I can wear what I have to fit my sensory needs."

"I recently made my first purchase from dolls kill. I was very excited and eager to pay and get my order as soon as possible. I ran into an inconvenience after checking out and didn’t receive my receipt. I quickly contacted dolls kill via text. They got back to me instantly and figure out what the issue was. Turns out by paying Apple Pay it sent the receipt to my old email which I no longer have access to. Jesus was very helpful and help me Track my order with out accessing my email or account. I appreciate the quick and great customer service dolls kill offers. Definitely will be shopping again."
