"Placed an order for a canon 7D on nov. 11. They weren't the cheapest but had good reviews. Called and spoke with robert to confirm units were brand new retail versions and got " we only sell new units". Happily placed order. received my item yesterday nov.22nd only to find a refurbished canon box and unit. The unit has obviously been used with definite signs of wear which I photographed just in case needed. I immediately sent an email since they were closed and called this morning. I spoke to robert who was very accomodating and said he would be sending a shipping label via email for the return. He said thhis has not happened before and will be investigating. I asked if I could order a new unit since it was a present while the "bad" unit was shipped back. He said theyy couldn't because they had to find out which vendor shipped the item, cause they do not stock the 7D. I am now awaiting the label and will update as news develops.

just an update,spoke to Murphy who was polite and helpful he told me emicrox.com has received my return and would be sending me the correct item, a brand new retail canon 7d that i ordered. they were able to slightly expedite my order to ups 3day select. tracking info was sent yesterday afternoon and package will arrive thursday. i'll update then."

"I ordered the Canon EOS Rebel XSi, body only. By far the best price around. I was slightly nervous ordering based on a couple of reviews but I am nothing but pleased with my purchase. I ordered the camera on a Saturday and it was shipped the following Monday, (free shipping) with delivery that Wednesday. It was packaged well upon arrival.
My only complaints are that emicrox.com does not respond to emails. Also, the confirmation email link back to their site did not work. It said the order did not exist. However, I tracked through the UPS shipping number.
I would do business with this company again."
