"After seeing a 9.79 rating on ResellerRatings.com for this company, I felt confident with my decision to purchase an Antec PP412X power supply from this vendor. Shipment of my order was quick and well-packaged, however they sent the wrong power supply! They sent an Antec, but it's the cheaper SL400 P.S.! I tried calling the customer service number all day yesterday but got nothing but busy signals. I then e-mailed today, and got a response with an RMA number, giving directions on how to return it and get credit for the purchase, which amazingly, they said would take up to 8 WEEKS!! All I really wanted was to send back the incorrect power supply and get the correct one sent to me! I'm building an Athlon XP2110+, and can't wait two months to get the correct power supply from them. Is all this worth the ordeal? I don't know, but I'm never ordering from this outfit again."
