"On July5th I purchased a hp monitor. I could process the order. the next day I went to the bank and I saw the company had processed the order. I had accountants tell me every stupid excuse from my transaction didn't go through to my bank cancelled the transaction. On July 9th I E-mailed the president how was suppose to have someone take care of it. On July 12 the monitor was shipped out uinfortunately it was to the WRONG ADDRESS. I think it was done because I didn't want to pay for the shipping which wasn't added in the pricegrabber.com website. I thought great I am saving twenty bucks,but FED-EX takes two days to correct a wrong address. I am still waiting to see if anybody put a sign on the package to not deliver it. I hope they will deliver the package on the 15th for a lousy monitor I wanted a week ago."

"Ive purchased two computers, two CDroms, a video card, Microsoft Office 2000, MS Frontpage and a few other things from Eagle Computer over the past two years. Ive had a great experience dealing with Eagle. No problems and great quality.
Ive recommended Eagle to all my friends. Any time a hear someone mention they need a computer, computer component or software, I suggest they go to saveateagle.com first to see whats available there.

"This is a followup to a somewhat disatisfied review. Eagle did come through and as I thought it was simply a communications problem. They called me and upgraded my order and had it to me within the week. The product was in excellent condition and Was exactly as promised at probably 20-25% less than their closest competitor. I will buy from them again."

"I've ordered OEM editions of Word, Office, and Windows XP Pro from Save At Eagle. I used to compare their prices with the final auction prices on ebay, and they were always competitive, and many times even cheaper. Since I’ve always had good luck with Save At Eagle, I’d rather go with them instead of an unknown seller on ebay.
The software always appears quickly (unless backordered) and when I've had a question, customer service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"
