Do not use
"Do not use this company to provide uniforms for your teams. Unfortunately, they are quick to take your orders and money but lack in delivery. It took over 3 months for our team to receive their under armour uniforms and we are still waiting. When we asked Eastbay why, they blamed it on under armour and their inability to produce custom uniforms. They also, continued to give us shipping dates and those dates would come and go to no avail. Customer service would not produce a supervisor to speak with and just re-iterated the same story over and over. My next step is to speak directly with under armour. They may be cost effective but be very aware that paying for zero product is a rip-off and very expensive. Guess you get what you pay for, hmmmm.... If you decide to use them, can't say you weren't warned."

Avoid!!
"Terrible ..it takes 20 min to talk to someone on the phone for assistance and if you need to return your shoes you have to wait 10-14 business days for them to get your return unless you pay extra for a faster shipping label. The tracking # was no good so I couldn't see where my package was exactly had to contact them several time to make sure they received it and they charge 5.99 from your own return. Never shopping with eastbay again!!!"

AVOID ,AVOID ,AVOID
"WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Do not order from Eastbuy if you are from Australia . Long story short .I ended up paying $135 USD for runners which was never delivered and I never had my money back. AVOID Eastbay if you want to sleep well. Customer service treat you like you are 1 yo. Avoid Eastbuy, trust me"

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL NO PRODUCT
"Our team ordered jerseys and spirit wear from Eastbay. Within days of the orders, we received emails that all products were on backorder. Jerseys "rushed" to our coaches were not youth sizes - but ADULT sizes and customer service cannot provide any response as to when correct jerseys will ship. All spirit wear orders are backordered and will not ship until the season is over. They will not let you cancel the order and do nothing to try to make the situation right - this company obviously does not care about the customer. I wish our team had checked rating before moving to this company. It has been a miserable and frustrating experience."

No customer service at all
"Ordered over $500 of team gear and school uniform clothing - 20 items total. All were ordered in L or XL. When shipping conformation came it showed the shorts were ordered in small. I know I selected L or XL like the other items. I believe they have a glitch in their software but they wouldn't even look into it. All they would say is "it was ordered on-line so I must have selected SMALL, as if programming has never had an error in it. I guess operating systems send out updates every other day for the fun of it... Will look for any other source to order from from now on."

Hate it
"I ordered there for the 1st time and the color of the shoe was wrong. I wanted L.A. LAKERS color purple but got violet. In the catalog it shows purple. Also i called to order a purple shoe and the operator wasnt helpful at all kept telling me to go online. I asked about a purple shoe in the catalog and she tells me its women shoes only and the bottom of picture statesen and kids available. So i took it as they dnt have any purple men shoes."

Horrible Return!
"I have been an Eastbay shopper for years, not to mention that my son buy all his sneakers from Eastbay. Ordered a pair of women sneakers BUT they come in men sizes. The sneakers were too big, which I take responsibility for not reading the sizing chart. Wanted to send them back but they didn't put an invoice or return label in the box. I called customer service and he swear that there's an invoice and return label in the box. According to him, they put one in every order. After turning the box upside down and inside out, no label. Ok, he says, no problem we'll email you an invoice and return label. I told him that I just wanted to exchange. He say no problem, exchange information is on the bottom of the invoice. Next day, I receive the invoice and label but no exchange info is on invoice. I call customer service again and explain. Once again, they say no problem just write exchange on bottom of invoice and the size that you need. This sounds weird so I ask them if they are sure that's going to work. Of course they assure me that the shoes will be exchanged and that I'll be sent the correct size. I pack everything up and take to UPS. Five days later I receive an email from Eastbay stating the my account will be credited. No! I just want an exchange. I end up back on the phone 3 more times with customer service trying to see if they can stop the credit (not in my account yet) and just send me the shoes. After all of this inconvenience, the only thing that I can do is to reorder the shoes and wait 5-7 more business days. By the time I receive these shoes, it will be well over a month. Very poor customer service and terrible returns."

CROOKS! DO NOT USE THEM!
"I ordered a team sweatshirt for softball. I normally wear a meduim. The sweatshirt came and is labeled a meduim but it is diffentanly NOT a meduim. I called to see about a reurn. No returns since it has my school logo, ok, Im fine with that Ill reorder a bigger size...well tge sweatshirt is 32 dollars and to reorder they are tacking on a 30 production fee!! So a 32 dollar sweatshirt is now 62 dollars plus Im out the 32 I already spent. This place offered nothing to fix the situation when it is their clothing that is sized inappropriately. Very dissatisfied and will not order from them again. Going a step further and contacting the school to encourage they use another company like Zappos!!"

NEVER ORDER FROM EASTBAY
"I have not ordered products from this company in over 15 years because of a negative experience. Based on the wide array of sweatsuits, I decided to give the company another opportunity. I was hoping that over the years things had improved. NOT!!!!!! I ordered some items 10 days ago and I have not seen my items. The company passed the buck to FedEx. FedEx stated they informed Eastbay that it can take 7-14 days from the time they get the package to have it delivered. Eastbay lists on their website 5-6 days from the date of shipment. They do not list FedEx or the USPS delivery range. My arrival date was pushed back twice. Now, it is scheduled to arrive in another week. Total time 16 days for a US delivery. That is almost double their advertised delivery time frame. Weather is not a factor. The storms are in the NE and the route of this package is not affected according to FedEx and the weather reports I looked up. Customer service and the resolution team had NO other solutions other for me to wait. The resolution representative was rude and kept over talking me. I asked why did the package go from a State above me to four States over to come back the same way. I’m learning that Eastbay has an account with FedEx called, “SmartPost”. This means your package goes from Eastbay, to FedEx and from FedEx to the US Post Office to deliver. Your package is also placed inside of a shipping container with hundreds if not thousands of other packages. This means your package will not follow the most direct path to you. It goes where the bulk of the other packages are going first. This is a horrible recipe for having extended delays on packages. I asked the Eastbay representative if she could place a new order and expedite it to me? Her answer was no and that they could not stop or redirect packages once they are sent. I asked if I could just get a refund. Her answer was yes but not until the package arrives, get sent back and they receive it. More delays. They will NEVER again get my business, personal referrals or commercial referrals."

How does this company stay in business?
"Ordered a pair of Nike tennis shoes on 2/6/18. On 2/7/18 order status showed shipping label created for UPS pick-up. On 2/12/18 I contacted Eastbay inquiring why order hadn't transferred to UPS. On 2/12/18 the order shipped and was delivered to an incorrect address, refused and returned to sender. On 2/16/18 Eastbay received the return. As of 3/2/18 I still haven't received a refund on my CC despite three calls to customer (dis)service. Reporting to BBB."

Gives you incorrect prices then charges you to cancel the order or return the item
"* The company has a history or shady business practices as evidenced by the hundreds of bad reviews and their low rating. Don't support bad companies like Eastbay. It's not worth the hassle.* I purchased an item on promotion. The transaction went through with the sale price. The next day I received a second charge removing the promotion. I contacted support and they told me the item was excluded from the promotion but marked so that it processed incorrectly. I accepted their mistake and asked to cancel the order. They said it was too late to cancel the order (this was less than 24 hours from the order date). They said I could return the item once I received it but would be charged a restocking fee. I asked them to waive the return fee since it wasn't my fault that the item was incorrectly processed but they refused. I acted in good faith to cancel the order within hours of when I was made aware of the price correction. I wasn't trying to force them to give me the incorrect price, yet they still forced me to pay for their mistake. When I pressed them about it they simply said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it. I had heard bad things about Eastbay but I had ordered a few times before with no issue. Now i know what everyone was complaining about. They'll eventually do something like this to you. Don't shop at Eastbay. There are plenty of other places where you don't have to worry about this."
