"Same story here. Bought 4 hard drives for Christmas back in Dec. Never got them. Called 4 times and got a guy who could not speak English. I received confirmation email of purchase and then a confirmation of a refund yet never got the money refunded, items were never delivered. Opened a dispute with my bank and they finally got me my money back four months later. all $270.
BUYER BE WARNED!!!DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! BUYER BE WARNED!!!"

"This crook goes by 2 other businesses. the DRIVESSHOP and WWW.CPUPARTSDEAL.COM. When one business gets bad publicity he switches sites. Currently I am going to the NY Attorney Generals office with all the info. They have an online link to download a complaint form"

"Ordered (2)Seagate 2tb harddrives. I received email confirmation from them and also from a site called CPUPARTSDEAL.com. 3 weeks later I tried contacting each by phone. Email both, cpupartsdeal replyed "item had been mail USPS 5 days earlier", Easy IT Site replyed "sorry refund will be credited". Emailed both back with copies of their responses. Never heard from either after that. Conatacted credit card company. Do not use either merchant."

"Price was too good to be true. Card was charged when order was placed. Web site said product would be received in 1 to 6 business days. I inquired after 2 weeks where my product was and was told that it shipped USPS parcel post 2 days earlier. Shipping should have taken 3 days max. 10 Days later I demanded my money or product. They said it would not ship and I would get a refund. Since I was already lied to and don't believe they will issue a refund, I am disputing charges with my credit card. Don't waste your time on this merchant!"
