"Everything was easy to do. I ordered the software I wanted, they emailed me the download link. I downloaded it, input the licensing key they provided and now I have Microsoft Office. I would do business with them again."

"Eric, Anne, & Bryan really helped out Phil & I a lot today. I had bought Microsoft Office but couldn't activate the Word program. They took their time with us and after many back & forth emails, they got it all fixed to our satisfaction. They were really patient with us, too. Great work!"

Good Customer Service
"I ordered some computer software online, carefully following the prompts. One of the questions was what is your operating system. I specifically checked the box listing Mac OS. The software arrived quickly and had a warning that it only worked on Windows based OS versions 7 or above and would not work on Macs. I used the chat process and was assured that since I had not opened and installed it I could return it for a refund which I should see in the next 24-48 business hours. 18 hours later I noted the refund on my credit card account. I feel I was treated ethically and I applaud the company for that. I'm planning on upgrading my OS and I will definitely look to the company again."

"Hello. Today I had a huge crisis when my microsoft word shut down (three minutes before my exam). I yelled, threw **** around, and was not prepared for what was going to happen. Thank god for Joe. He spent almost an hour to 2 trying various different solutions and relentlessly so, until he finally fixed the problem. I was even a bit rude but he was very kind and understanding about it. If you need technical support you should look for Joe in the chat. He is the only one."

It was 2019 Publisher Efile download and had to forward it to our 2nd pc
so I was concerned if it would work once I forwarded it to the pc we needed
